摘　　要：周视多自由度定位刀具角度测量仪,其内含三项发明专利技术,它建立了一整套刀具测试技术与理论紧密相接合的测试手段。该技术严格采用了国际标准,规范了刀具基础概念及测试方法;保证了计量溯源和刀具技术的连续性。有助于改善刀具质量检测手段滞后的状况,在优化选择刀具参数、刀具深加工和结构改型的同时,有助于机床与关键配套件刀具同步发展。TSY multi-degree-of-freedom circumferential viewing positioning tool measuring instrument contains three patented inventions,which establishes a set of testing means closely connected with the theory of the tool testing technology。The technology adopts national standards,standardizes the basic concept of the tool and the test method.It ensures the continuity of metering trace-ability and tool technology,and it is helpful to improve the lag situation of the tool quality detection methods.While optimizing the se-lection of tool parameters,tool deep processing and structural modification,it is conductive to the synchronous development of ma-chine tool and key accessories tools.
