摘 要:大数据技术的体系比较庞大而且复杂,包括数据的采集、数据预处理、分布式存储、数据仓库、并行计算等。大数据技术已经广泛运用于工业生产的多个领域。工业炉在工业生产中主要是将燃料转化为热量,常用于钢铁的冶炼等。在工业炉炼铁过程中会涉及大量数据,大数据技术在工业炉炉温智能预测中具有重要应用。炉膛温度是工业生产中一个关键参数,影响着生产质量和效率。而传统的温度监测方法往往是依靠人工测量和经验判断,存在着数据采集不规范、检测结果不准确等问题,无法满足工业制造业智能化发展的需求。工业炉冶铁的生产工序比较复杂,流程众多,且工业炉操作过程中的不可预见性大,容易出现操作问题,一旦出现问题将会造成重大损失。综合分析了工业大数据的应用现状,介绍大数据技术在工业炉智能炼铁生产中的应用意义,结合应用案例介绍大数据技术在工业炉智能炼铁中的应用,并提出针对性的建议,实现工业生产的自动化控制,为工业炉智能化、科学化生产发展提供参考。The system of big data technology is huge and complex,including data acquisition,data preprocessing,distributed storage,data warehouse,parallel computing and so on.Big data technology has been widely used in many fields of industrial production.Industrial furnaces are mainly used to convert fuel into heat in industrial production and are often used in steel smelting.A large amount of data is involved in the process of iron making in industrial furnaces.Big data technology has an important application in the intelligent temperature prediction of industrial furnaces.Furnace temperature is a key parameter in industrial production,which affects production quality and efficiency.However,traditional temperature monitoring methods often rely on manual measurement and experience judgment,and there are problems such as nonstandard data collection and inaccurate detection results,which can not meet the needs of intelligent development of industrial manufacturing industry.The production process of iron smelting in industrial furnace is more complex,and there are many processes,and the unpredictability in the operation process of industrial furnace is large,and operation problems are easy to occur,once there is a problem,it will cause heavy losses.It comprehensively analyzes the application status of industrial big data,introduces the application significance of big data technology in industrial furnace intelligent ironmaking production,introduces the application of big data technology in industrial furnace intelligent ironmaking production combined with application cases,and puts forward targeted suggestions to realize the automatic control of industrial production,and provides references for the development of intelligent and scientific production of industrial furnaces.
