电机绝缘轴承油膜电容计算方法及试验研究

摘  要:目前交流传动电机大多采用外圈绝缘轴承,其电容分为涂层电容和油膜电容。涂层电容主要取决于绝缘材质和绝缘层厚度,油膜电容则与电机的运行工况和油膜厚度等相关。基于数值计算,提出油膜电容的计算方法,并在轴承电腐蚀试验装置上进行试验验证。结果表明,油膜电容的理论值与试验值基本一致,该计算方法合理可行。At present,most AC drive motors use outer ring insulated bearings,whose capacitance is divided into coated capacitance and oil film capacitance.The coating capacitance mainly depends on the insulation material and the thickness of the insulation layer,however,the oil film capacitance is related to the operating conditions of the motor and the thickness of the oil film.The calculation method of oil film capacitance is proposed based on the numerical calculation,and verification tests are performed on the bearing galvanic corrosion test device.The results show that the theoretical value of oil film capacitance is basically consistent with the test value,and the calculation method is reasonable and feasible.
