摘　　要：针对单轴承复励直流发电机无法采用互馈法和直接负载法进行试验,且现有国家标准没有规定单轴承直流发电机出厂试验的试验方法的问题,在不增加设备投入的情况下,提出了将3K同步发电机的空载短路法应用于单轴承直流发电机,模拟了维修试验,有效提高了发电机的维修质量。Aiming at the problem that the single-bearing compound excitation DC generator is not being able tested by means of the mutual-feeding method and direct-load method,furthermore,the existing national standards do not stipulate the test methods in the factory test of the single-bearing DC generator,the application of the noload short-circuit method of the 3K synchronous generator into the single-bearing DC generators is put forward in the condition without increasing any investment of equipments,simulating the factory test that effectively improves the maintenance quality of the generators.
