摘　　要：在新工科与智能制造背景下,地方高校机械类人才培养过程存在一些问题。以“高校—人才—企业”为主线,从人才培养方案制订、专业课程体系建设、师资结构及教学模式改革、校企多方协同育人等方面持续优化人才培养方案,建设“文—管—理—工”的新型创新课程体系,强化教师的实践能力,推进科研项目驱动的教学模式改革,深化“产—学—研”协同育人模式,探讨了新形势下地方高校机械类人才的培养模式。Under the background of new engineering and intelligent manufacturing,there are corresponding problems in the training process of mechanical talents in local colleges and universities.Therefore,with the core of"universities-talents-enterprises"and the"talent training program formulation,professional curriculum system construction,teacher structure and teaching mode reform,and school enterprise multiparty collaborative education"as main line,continue to optimizing the talent training program continuously,building a new innovative curriculum system that combines"literature-management-science-engineering",strengthening the teachers'practical ability and promoting the teaching mode of scientific research project driven,deepening the"production-learning-research"collaborative education mode,and discuss the training mode of mechanical talents in local colleges and universities under the new situation.
