对现行重庆市地方标准《城镇道路路基设计规范》的几点修编建议

摘　　要：重庆市地方标准DBJ50-145—2012《城镇道路路基设计规范》自颁布以来已有近11年时间,对指导重庆市道路工程的设计起到了重要的作用。该文结合交通部和住建部最新发布的规范和最新的道路路基研究成果,对现行规范的相关条文进行了分析和探讨,从路床范围、路基干湿状态、路基结构设计、路基回弹模量、海绵城市与路基关系等方面提出了几点修编建议。Eleven years have passed since the promulgation of the local standard Specifications for Design of Urban Road Subgrades(DBJ50-145—2012),which has played an important role in guiding the design of road engineering in Chongqing.Based on the latest specifications issued by the Ministry of Transport and the Ministry of Housing and Urban-rural Development,together with the latest research achievement on road subgrades,this paper analytically discussed the relevant provisions in the current norm,and presented several suggestions on its revision from the aspects of roadbed range,the dry or wet state of subgrades,the structural design of subgrades,the rebound modulus of subgrades,the relationship between sponge city and subgrades,and so on.
