摘 要:为了提高絮凝法处理污水过程中磷元素的去除效率,通过制备絮凝剂聚合硫酸铁(PFS)、聚合氯化铝(PAC)与助凝剂聚丙烯(PP)、非离子型聚丙烯酰胺(NPAM)复配的絮凝体系,考察复配比、掺加量和温度等因素对污水处理过程除磷效果的影响。结果表明,PFS(掺加量1200 mg/L)与NPAM(掺加量6 mg/L)复配可得到较优絮凝体系,其除磷效率显著高于其他复配絮凝体系或单一絮凝剂,且在温度30℃条件下达到较高值即92.3%。该方法简单、可行性高,为絮凝法处理污水中磷元素的实际生产过程提供了1条降本增效的新路径。S flocculation system was prepared by preparing flocculants such as polymeric iron sulfate(PFS),polyaluminum chloride(PAC),and coagulation aids such as polypropylene(PP)and nonionic polyacrylamide(NPAM).The effects of composite ratio,dosage,and temperature on the phosphorus removal efficiency in the wastewater treatment process were investigated.The results showed that the combination of PFS(with a dosage of 1200 mg/L)and NPAM(with a dosage of 6 mg/L)resulted in a superior flocculation system,with significantly higher phosphorus removal efficiency than other combination flocculation systems or single flocculants,and reached a high value of 92.3%at a temperature of 30℃.This method is simple and highly feasible,providing a new path for reducing costs and increasing efficiency in the actual production process of treating phosphorus elements in wastewater by flocculation.
