摘  要:基于实验和CFD-DPM模型分析对烧结除尘系统中90°弯管管壁的冲蚀磨损进行研究,分析粉尘质量浓度、管道流速、颗粒直径、管道弯径比及管道直径对弯管冲蚀率的影响,将模拟结果与实验值进行验证,模拟结果与实验数据吻合良好,表明模拟结果基本可信。结果表明:弯管最大冲蚀速率随粉尘质量浓度的增加而线性增长,且粉尘质量浓度不同时,冲蚀率最大位置基本相同,主要集中在50°~70°;弯管最大冲蚀率随管道流速增加且表现为指数函数增长,当管道流速大于15 m/s时,冲蚀率增大趋势明显;随着粉尘粒径的增加,弯管的最大冲蚀率增大,但当颗粒直径大于150μm时,最大冲蚀率的增加速率随粒径增加而降低;冲蚀率随弯径比增大呈减小趋势,壁面冲蚀率随管径增大而减小。该研究结果可为弯管冲蚀耐磨研究和工程设计提供理论参考。Based on the experiment and CFD-DPM model analysis,the erosion of 90°elbow pipe wall in sintering dust removal system is studied,and the effects of dust mass concentration,pipe velocity,particle diameter,pipe bend-diameter ratio and pipe diameter on the erosion rate of elbow are analyzed.The simulation results are verified with the experimental values,and the simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental data,which shows that the simulation results are basically reliable.The maximum erosion rate of elbow increases linearly with the increase of dust concentration,and when the dust concentration is different,the maximum erosion rate is basically the same,mainly concentrated in 50°~70°;The maximum erosion rate of elbow increases exponentially with the increase of pipeline velocity.When the pipeline velocity is greater than 15 m/s,the erosion rate increases obviously.With the increase of dust particle size,the maximum erosion rate of elbow increases,but when the particle diameter is greater than 150μm,the increase rate of maximum erosion rate decreases with the increase of particle size.The erosion rate decreases with the increase of elbow-diameter ratio;The wall erosion rate decreases with the increase of pipe diameter.The results can provide a theoretical reference for the research and engineering design of elbow erosion and wear resistance.
