摘 要:为揭示带式焙烧机台车车体在低温-高温-低温循环往复工况下温度场和各种荷载对车体主梁变形和应力的影响规律,本文以国内某钢铁企业带式焙烧机台车车体为研究对象,利用ANSYS有限元分析软件,采用直接热力耦合方法,对带式焙烧机台车车体在干燥段、预热段、焙烧段、均热段、一冷段和二冷段工作过程的温度分布进行分析,计算焙烧段台车车体在静力作用和热力耦合作用两种工况条件下的变形和应力,分析不同横梁高度、焙烧温度对台车主梁应力和变形的影响规律。结果表明:焙烧段台车车体的最高温度为650℃,上、下表面最大温差为140℃,上表面为压应力,下表面为拉应力,最大应力位置在主梁中间,为21.6 MPa,最大垂向变形为5.37 mm。本文通过仿真计算获得了不同横梁高度、焙烧温度对台车主梁应力和变形的影响关系,可为带式焙烧机台车车体的优化设计提供依据。In order to reveal the influence of temperature field and various loads on the deformation and stress of the main beam of the belt roaster trolley body under such cycle as low temperature-high temperature-low temperature,the body of a belt roaster trolley of a domestic iron and steel enterprise is taken as the research object.Both the ANSYS finite element analysis software and the direct thermal-mechanical coupling method are used to analyze the temperature distribution of the trolley body of the belt roaster in the drying section,preheating section,roasting section,soaking section,primary cooling section and secondary cooling section,while the deformation and stress of the trolley body in the roasting section under two working conditions of static action and thermodynamic coupling are calculated,and the influence of different beam height and roasting temperature on the stress and deformation of the trolley main beam is analyzed.The results show that the maximum temperature of the body in the roasting section is 650℃,the maximum temperature difference between the upper and lower surfaces is 140℃,the upper surface is compressive stress,the lower surface is tensile stress,the maximum stress is located in the middle of the main beam,which is 21.6 MPa,and the maximum vertical deformation is 5.37 mm.The influence relationship between different beam heights and roasting temperature on the stress and deformation of the main beam of the trolley is obtained through simulation calculation,which can provide a basis for the optimal design of the trolley body of the belt roaster.
