摘  要:针对分布式联锁系统中间隔测控检修、新间隔扩建时,跨间隔联锁需要相关间隔配合停电的问题,提出了一种集中式的GOOSE联锁装置方案。该方案配置两台软硬件完全相同的集中式联锁装置,通过过程层网络跟智能终端交互信息。两台集中式装置以主备方式运行,实现集中采集、独立运算,其中只有主机下发联锁信息给智能终端,从机不发GOOSE,且主备机状态支持手动和自动切换,本方案的集中式GOOSE联锁装置,既可以用于数字化变电站也适用于常规变电站,可以最大限度地减少因检修和间隔扩建带来的停电问题,更好地支撑变电站的长时间稳定运行。A centralized GOOSE interlocking device scheme is proposed to solve the problem that interlocking between multi-bays needs relevant bays to cooperate with power failure during maintenance and new bay expansion in distributed interlocking system.In this scheme,two centralized interlocking devices with identical software and hardware are configured to exchange information with the intelligent terminal through the process-layer network.The two centralized devices operate in the master/slave mode to achieve centralized acquisition and independent calculation,among which only the host sends interlock information to the intelligent terminal,the slave does not send GOOSE,and the state of the master/slave supports manual and automatic switching.The centralized GOOSE interlocking device in this scheme can be applied to both digital substations and conventional ones,which can minimize the power outage caused by maintenance and bay expansion,and better support the long-term stable operation of substations.
