固本谋新 精业笃行 推动高校党建“对标争先”——以南开化学组织员导航站培育和实践为例

摘　　要：针对党中央关于高校党建质量“对标争先”的内在要求,从南开大学化学学院组织员导航站培育背景出发,以导航站的生动实践为例,面向基层党务实际工作问题,凝练系列做法:强化组织员队伍理论武装,围绕中心工作坚持真抓实干;把握组织员工作主线,坚守岗位设置初心,完善制度建设;开办组织员工作坊,强基固本提升党务队伍履职能力;严把“动”“准”二字,关口前移,强化工作监督落实;继承百年学科爱国主义传统,深挖厚植,创新党员教育形式;强化舆论引导,挺立宣传战线,推动时代精神品格塑造。通过充分发挥组织员作为基层党委参谋助手角色,助推党建质量提升。In view of the inherent requirements of Central Committee of the Party construction quality of colleges and universities,from the construction background of navigator station in College of Chemistry,Nankai University,facing the practical work of the grassroots Party affairs and condensed series of practices,this paper proposes to strengthen the organizer team theoretical armed,adhere to the solid work,adhere to the original intention of organizer position setting,improve the system construction,hold organizer workshops to improve the performance ability of the party affairs team,dynamically and accurately grasp the basic numbers,strengthen daily supervision and implementation,based on the centennial discipline characteristics,innovative education forms for Party members.Give full play to the role of organizers as assistant staff of grassroots Party committees to promote the quality of Party construction.
