高校关工委助力青年教师队伍建设着力点探析

摘　　要：加强教师队伍特别是青年教师队伍建设是高校为党育人和为国育才的重要保障。高校关工委助力青年教师队伍建设是新时代“大思政”格局育人环境下的必然需求。阐述了青年教师队伍建设的新形势和任务及面临的新问题,从强化理想信念教育和价值引领、拓展载体助航、发挥经验优势、搭建帮扶平台、加强顶层设计五方面探析了关工委在青年教师思想政治素质、师德师风建设、业务能力、职业发展上发挥作用的着力点。Strengthening the construction of teachers,especially young teachers,is an important guarantee for colleges and universities to cultivate talents for the party and the country.It is an inevitable demand for the Committee of Caring for Next Generation of colleges and universities to help the construction of young teachers in the educational environment of the“great ideology and politics”pattern in the new era.This paper expounds the new situation,tasks and problems faced by the construction of young teachers,and probes into the focus of the relevant working committee on the ideological and political quality of young teachers,the construction of teachers’morality and style,professional ability and career development from five aspects:strengthening ideal and belief education and value guidance,expanding carrier navigation assistance,giving play to experience advantages,building a help platform and strengthening top-level design.
