既有商场中央空调系统问题诊断及运行数据分析

摘　　要：以运行了18年的广州某商场中央空调系统为研究对象,结合商场的现有设备、室内空气环境、人员舒适感等现状对商场空调设备存在的问题进行诊断,发现商场空调设备普遍存在老化、效率低、偶发故障的情况。选择当地夏季较热天气时,对室内空气环境参数和空调水系统的运行参数进行测量,并根测量结果系统的运行情况进行分析,并出提相应的改造建议。Taking the central air conditioning system of a shopping mall in Guangzhou,which has been in operation for 18 years,as the research object,and combining the equipment status,indoor air environment,and personnel comfort of the mall,the problems of the shopping mall air conditioning equipment were diagnosed.It was found that the old shopping mall air conditioning equipment generally had aging,low efficiency,and occasional failures.When selecting hot summer weather in the local area,measure the indoor air environment parameters and the operating parameters of the air conditioning water system,and analyze the operation of the system based on the measurement results,and propose corresponding improvement suggestions.
