摘  要:变频化已经成为现在空调技术发展新趋势,变频空调具有频率调节范围更广、变频器控制更精准、压缩机的损耗更小、能效比更高和噪音更低等方面的优势。目前学术和企业缺少变频机比定频机省电程度以及变频空调节能控制逻辑设计的相关研究。本文以相同能力标称的1.5 P定频机和变频机为研究对象,设计变频机节能模式算法,通过环境实验室进行耗电量测试得出变频机在节能方面的优势,并且论证了节能模式算法的科学性。Frequency conversion has become a new trend in the development of air conditioning technology.Variable frequency air conditioning has advantages such as a wider range of frequency regulation,more precise frequency converter control,lower compressor losses,higher energy efficiency ratio,and lower noise.At present,there is a lack of research on the energy-saving degree of variable frequency machines compared to fixed frequency machines in academia and enterprises,as well as the design of energy-saving control logic for variable frequency air conditioners.This article takes 1.5 P fixed frequency machines and variable frequency machines with the same nominal capacity as the research object,designs energy-saving mode algorithms for variable frequency machines,and obtains the advantages of variable frequency machines in energy conservation through power consumption testing in environmental laboratories,and demonstrates the scientific nature of energy-saving mode algorithms.
