摘　　要：对三聚氰胺的生产工艺进行了详细介绍,对装置的主要损伤机理进行了分析,对装置内压力容器和压力管道进行了风险评估。风险评估结果能较为准确地反映出该装置的实际风险水平,可为三聚氰胺装置内设备的风险识别、检验检测、隐患排查和分级管理等工作提供依据。The production process of melamine was introduced in detail,the main damage mechanism of the device was analyzed,and the risk assessment of the pressure vessel and pressure pipeline in the plant was carried out.The risk evaluation results can accurately reflect the actual risk level of the device,which provided a basis for risk identification,inspection and detection,hid-den danger investigation,and hierarchical management of equipment in the melamine unit.
