摘  要:为了明确天然气脱碳系统重力分离器内壁发生开裂失效的原因,采用多种检测方法对失效样件进行了分析。根据裂纹形貌分析、硬度分析、材质化学成分分析、金相组织分析和裂纹填充物能谱分析等结果可以得出,重力分离器内壁开裂失效的原因是设备内衬选材不当导致其在焊接过程中发生了材质敏化,在腐蚀性介质和应力的共同作用下发生了晶间应力腐蚀开裂,基于内壁开裂失效原因分析,提出了针对性的预防措施。In order to define the reasons for inner wall cracking of gravity separator in natural gas decarbonization system,multi-ple testings were applied to study the failed samples.Based on the results of crack morphology analysis,hardness analysis,mate-rial chemical composition analysis,metallographic structure analysis and crack filler energy spectrum analysis,it is concluded that improper material selection of equipment lining caused material sensitization during welding process.Then intergranular stress corrosion cracking occurred under the combined action of corrosive medium and stress.Targeted preventive measures were put forward according to the root cause analysis of inner wall cracking.
