Effects of Diets with Different Protein Levels on Slaughter Performance,Organ Development and Body Size Indexes in Tibetan Sheep

摘  要:试验旨在研究不同蛋白质水平日粮对藏羊屠宰性能、脏器发育和体尺指标的影响。选择健康且体重相近(15.4±0.81)kg的2月龄左右的高原型藏羊90只,随机分为3组,每组30只,每组5个重复,每个重复6只羊。3组藏羊分别饲喂低(12%,Ⅰ组)、中(14%,Ⅱ组)和高(16%,Ⅲ组)蛋白质水平的日粮,粗饲料由燕麦干草和燕麦青贮组成,按照干物质1∶1混合,日粮精粗比为7∶3。试验分为预试期和正试期,预试期为10 d,正试期为90 d。试验结束时,分别从3组中选择5只藏羊进行屠宰。结果显示:(1)不同蛋白水平日粮对藏羊屠宰性能无显著影响(P>0.05)。(2)不同蛋白水平日粮对藏羊的肺脏重量和肺脏占宰前活重的比例有显著影响(P<0.05),Ⅰ组的肺脏重量和肺脏占宰前活重的比例显著高于Ⅲ组(P<0.05)。不同蛋白水平日粮对藏羊的皱胃和瓣胃重量,瘤胃、皱胃和瓣胃占复胃的比例,皱胃和瓣胃占宰前活重的比例有显著影响(P<0.05),Ⅲ组的数值最高。(3)不同蛋白水平日粮对藏羊的体斜长、体高和体长指数有显著影响(P<0.05),Ⅲ组的体斜长和体长指数显著高于Ⅰ组(P<0.05),Ⅱ组的体斜长和体高显著高于Ⅰ组(P<0.05)。综上,在本试验条件下,蛋白质水平为16%日粮对高原型藏羊的生产性能更有利。The aim of this experiment was to study the effects of diets with different protein levels on slaughter performance,organ development and body size indexes of Tibetan sheep.Ninety healthy highland type Tibetan sheep of about 2 months of age with similar body weight(15.4±0.81)kg were selected and randomly divided into 3 groups of 30 sheep each,with 5 replicates of 6 sheep each.3 groups of Tibetan sheep were fed diets with low(12%,groupⅠ),medium(14%,groupⅡ)and high(16%,groupⅢ)protein levels,and the roughage consisted of oat hay and oat silage mixed in a 1∶1 ratio,and the concentrate/roughage ratio of the diets was 7∶3.The roughage consisted of oat hay and oat silage,mixed according to the dry matter 1∶1,and the ratio of concentrate to roughage was 7∶3.The experiment was divided into pre-test period and main test period,which lasted 10 d and 90 d.At the end of the experiment,5 Tibetan sheep were selected from each of the 3 groups for slaughtering.The results showed that:①the different protein level diets had no significant effect on the slaughter performance of Tibetan sheep(P>0.05).②The different protein level diets had a significant effect on the lung weight and the proportion of lungs to the preslaughter live weight of Tibetan sheep(P<0.05),and the lung weight and the proportion of lungs to the pre-slaughter live weight of groupⅠwere significantly higher than those of groupⅢ(P<0.05).Different protein level diets significantly(P<0.05)affected the weight of rumen and flap stomach,the proportion of rumen,rumen and flap stomach to the compound stomach,and the proportion of rumen and flap stomach to the pre-slaughter live weight of Tibetan sheep,with the highest values in groupⅢ(P<0.05).③Different protein level diets significantly(P<0.05)affected the body slant length,body height and body length index of Tibetan sheep.The body slant length and body length index of groupⅢwere significantly higher than that of group I(P<0.05),and the body slant length and body height of groupⅡwere signific
