摘  要:抗菌肽(AMPs)是一种小分子多肽,具有广谱抗菌、抗病毒、抗寄生虫、抗肿瘤细胞的作用,可促进动物生长发育,提高生产性能。因此,在替抗背景下,AMPs有望成为新型绿色“抗生素”。但天然AMPs存在抗菌活性低、毒性高、稳定性差等问题,限制了在畜禽生产中的应用。基于生物信息学方法,改造现有AMPs,可有效解决上述问题。文章综述了AMPs分子改造内容,常用的生物信息学分子设计和预测工具及改造AMPs的方法,为获得高活性且稳定的新型AMPs提供理论依据参考。Antimicrobial peptide is a kind of small molecule polypeptide,with broad-spectrum antibacterial,antiviral,anti-parasitic,anti-tumor cell effects,can promote the growth and development of animals,improve production performance.Therefore,antimicrobial peptides are expected to become a new green"antibiotic"in the context of anti-substitution.However,natural antimicrobial peptides have some problems such as low antibacterial activity,high toxicity and poor stability,which limit their application in livestock and poultry production.Based on bioinformatics method,modification of existing antimicrobial peptides can effectively solve the above problems.The mechanism of molecular modification of antimicrobial peptides,the commonly used tools of bioinformatics molecular design and prediction and the methods of modification of antimicrobial peptides were reviewed,which provided the theoretical basis for obtaining novel antimicrobial peptides with high activity and stability.
