广东省制造业绿色转型影响因素及升级路径研究

摘　　要：制造业作为中国经济的重要支柱,其绿色转型是制造业高质量发展的必经之路。文章基于广东省2012—2021年数据,以制造业绿色转型率为因变量,数字化水平、绿色创新技术等6个为自变量对影响广东省制造业绿色转型因素进行实证分析,继而研究广东省制造业绿色转型升级的可行路径。研究表明,数字水平、绿色创新技术、环境规制、人才支撑、政府支持、地区经济水平6个因素对制造业绿色转型具有促进作用,其中人才支撑的作用最大,最小的是政府支持;根据影响因素的总结,本文提出建议制造业绿色转型的4条路径,分别是加大科技创新投入,培养绿色制造业示范型企业,政府加大对绿色投资的支持,推动数字化的发展,仅供参考。As a crucial pillar of the Chinese economy,the manufacturing industry's green transformation is an inevitable path toward its high-quality development.Based on the data of Guangdong Province from 2012 to 2021,this paper empirically analyzes the factors infl uencing the green transformation of the manufacturing industry in Guangdong Province by taking the green transformation rate of the manufacturing industry as the dependent variable and six factors,including the level of digitalization and green innovation technology,as the independent variable,and then studies the feasible path of the green transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry in Guangdong Province.The research shows that the six factors—digital level,green innovation technology,environmental regulation,talent support,government support,and regional economic level—all play a role in promoting the green transformation of the manufacturing industry,among which talent support emerges as the most signifi cant,while government support as the least signifi cant.Based on the summary of infl uencing factors,the article proposes four paths for the green transformation of the manufacturing industry:increasing the investment in scientifi c and technological innovation,nurturing demonstration enterprises of the green manufacturing industry,enhancing the government's support for green investment,and promoting digitalization—all provided for reference purposes.
