摘 要:针对传统带隙基准电压源在工艺误差的影响下输出电压精度较低的问题,设计一款低失调电压斩波稳定型带隙基准电压源。该带隙基准电压源包含带隙基准源核心、基准电流源、折叠式共源共栅放大器、斩波器、陷波滤波器等,通过斩波器和陷波滤波器配合使用滤除掉放大器的失调电压和低频噪声。使用TSMC 0.18μm CMOS工艺,在Cadence Virtuoso平台进行验证,仿真结果表明该带隙基准源能稳定输出1.228V基准电压,且具有较小的失调电压和较小的低频噪声,适用于高精度的应用场合。Aiming at the problem that the output voltage accuracy of traditional bandgap voltage re-ference is low under the influence of process error,a low offset voltage chopper-stabilized bandgap voltage reference is designed.The bandgap reference voltage source includes a bandgap reference core,a reference current source,a folded cascode amplifier,a chopper,a notch filter,etc.The offset voltage and low frequ-ency noise of the amplifier are filtered through the cooperation of the chopper and the notch filter.Using TSMC 0.18μm CMOS process,the verification is carried out on Cadence Virtuoso platform,and the simu-lation results show that the bandgap reference can stably output 1.228 V reference voltage,and has small offset voltage and low frequency noise,which is suitable for high-precision applications.
