摘 要:根据七元煤矿强矿压、立井开拓特点,通过多种方法确定了工作面合理的支护强度。考虑液压支架重量和运输尺寸限制,优化了液压支架结构和工作面选型配套。采用智能化工作面设计提高了环境感知能力、缩短了数据获取和控制决策响应时间、提高了支护质量、减小了同时在岗人员数量、实现了综采工作面压力的精准检测和智能预警,满足了七元煤矿开采、设备管理和通风管理的要求。According to the characteristics of strong mine pressure and shaft development in Qiyuan coal mine,the reasonable support intensity of the working face was determined by various methods.The hydraulic support structure and the general matching of the working face were optimized considering the weight and transportation size of the support.The intelligent working face design improves the ability of environment perception,shortens the response time of data acquisition and control decision,improves the quality of support,reduces the number of personnel on duty,and realizes the accurate detection and intelligent warning of the pressure of fully mechanized mining face.It meets the requirements of Qiyuan coal mine mining,equipment management and ventilation management.
