摘　　要：为避免回采工作面两端直接顶悬顶过长而造成老顶突然垮落的安全隐患,研制了一种能够定点破坏工作面两端顶板及其锚杆锚索的破顶装置。针对该破顶装置,为了更好地实现破顶功能和延长使用寿命,从破顶装置原理及组成方面分析了该装置的关键技术并给出了具体措施,为工作面两端顶板不易破碎问题提供了一种解决方案。In order to avoid the safety hazard of sudden collapse of the main roof caused by excessively long suspended roof at both ends of the mining face,a roof breaking device that can fixedly damage the anchor cables of the roof bolts at both ends of the working face was developed.For this roof breaking device,in order to better achieve the roof breaking function and extend its service life,the key technologies of the device were analyzed in terms of the roof breaking principle and composition,and specific measures were provided.This provides a solution for the working face where the top plates at both ends of the working face are not easily broken.
