摘  要:快速掘进工作面由于掘进速度快、产尘强度高导致粉尘污染严重,特别是岩巷以及半煤岩巷道,粉尘污染程度更高。以袁大滩煤矿半煤岩快速掘进工作面为研究对象,设计了新型的滚筒下部喷雾、大臂喷雾、滚筒底部喷雾、滚筒上部喷雾及转载喷雾,同时设计了配套机载控除尘系统。经过现场实测,采用综合降尘措施后,总粉尘和呼吸性粉尘降尘效率最高分别达到91.37%和85.49%以上,降尘效果显著。Because of its fast excavation speed and high dust production intensity,the rapid excavation face causes serious dust pollution,especially in rock roadway and semi-coal rock roadway,which is more serious.Taking the semi-coal rock rapid excavation face of Yuandatan coal mine as the research object,and designed a new type of spray on the lower part of the drum,the spray on the upper part of the drum,the spray on the upper part of the drum and the spray on the transfer,and also designed a supporting mounted dust control system.Through field measurement,after adopting comprehensive dust reduction measures,the highest dust reduction efficiency of total dust and respirable dust reaches above 91.37%and 85.49%respectively,and the dust reduction effect is remarkable.
