摘  要:顶梁可旋转自复位单元式支架可有效解决顶梁对顶板的适应性问题,复位垫块作为复位机构中最关键的零件,其材料性能决定单元式支架的复位能力。针对ZQ4000/19/40D型单元式支架对其顶梁复位能力进行分析。根据单轴拉伸试验获取不同材料参数,选择Mooney-Rivlin模型对不同材料的复位垫块进行超弹性力学分析,通过线性拟合试验获得了应力、应变曲线。使用有限元仿真验证不同材料的弹性力学性质,仿真结果与Mooney-Rivlin模型数值计算结果一致。研究表明,高弹力橡胶复位垫块具有最优的复位能力。The self-reset unit support for deflection of top beam can effectively solve the adaptability of the top beam to the roof.Reset pad is the most critical part of the self-reset mechanism,which material properties determines the reset ability of the unit support.In view of ZQ4000/19/40D type unit support,the top beam reset ability was analyzed.Different material parameters were obtained by uniaxial tensile experiment,The hyperelastic mechanical properties of reset pads which made by different materials was analyzed based on the Mooney-Rivlin model.The stress-strain curves were obtained by linear ftting of the experiments.Finite element simulations was used to verify the elastomechanical properties of the different materials,and the results of simulation were consistent with the conclusions of the numerical calculations of the Mooney-Rivlin model.The study shows that the high-elastic rubber reset pad has an optimal reset ability.
