摘 要:采煤机摇臂壳体在铸造过程中需通过冒口来对铸件进行补缩,消除缩松缩孔等缺陷,保证毛坯铸造质量。通过对采煤机摇臂壳体的结构特点进行分析,并以某型号采煤机的摇臂壳体为例,介绍了铸造冒口的设计方法与设计过程。通过对摇臂壳体缩松缩孔区域分析、顶冒口设计、补贴设计以及侧冒口设计等,逐步完成了冒口设计方案,并利用铸造仿真软件对方案进行了仿真验证。最终得到的冒口设计方案有良好的补缩效果,消除了缩松缩孔缺陷。The rocker arm shell of shearer needs to be fed through a riser during the casting production process to eliminale shrinkage porosity and other defects,and to ensure the qvality of blank casting.By analyzing the structural characteristics of the rocker arm shell of shearer and taking the rocker arm shell of a certain model of shearer as an example,the design method and process of the casting riser were introduced.Gradually improved the riser design scheme through analysis of the shrinkage porosity area,design of top riser,pad and side riser.At the same time,used casting simulation software to simulate and verify the scheme,the final riser design scheme has a good feeding effect,and eliminates shrinkage porosity.
