摘　　要：介绍了矿用带式输送机用滚筒的常见结构形式,分别阐述了传统工艺方法和新工艺方法 2种不同的加工工艺流程,重点介绍了轴组件新加工工艺方法,进行了传统工艺和新工艺对比,采用新工艺加工,滚筒产品的成本大大降低,提高了市场竞争力。Introduced the common structure form of the drum used in mining belt conveyor,expounded two different processing processes of the new process method and the traditional processing method respectively,focused on introduction of the new processing technology method of shaft assembly,and compared the traditional process and the new process,by adopting new technology processing,greatly reduces the cost and improves the market competitiveness of the drum products.
