摘  要:煤矿井下采煤工作面的输送、破碎装备的动力部常用的安装方式为减速器输出端与设备转轴相联接,减速器输入端通过罩筒与电动机相互联接,整个电机-罩筒-减速器部件构成一个悬臂结构,与设备主体联接。现有悬臂结构动力部安装方式会造成两方面问题:一方面悬臂结构上的电机在重力作用下变形,无法保证与减速器联接同轴度,在高速运行状态下容易损坏减速器输入轴和联轴器,造成减速器故障频发、联轴器寿命短等问题;另一方面电机-罩筒-减速器部件整体因联接长度偏短产生整体偏沉,导致设备主体变形,与减速器联接的设备轴组等部件因变形造成寿命短、易损坏。研制了一种高刚度D型侧挂式电机减速器联接罩筒,能够有效减少动力部因偏沉变形而造成的故障,提高装备可靠性。The commonly installed in the power departmen of the transmission and crushing equipment of the coal mining face in the underground coal mine as the output end of the reducer is connected with the rotating shaft of the equipment,the input end of the reducer is connected with the motor through the cover cylinder,and the whole motor-cover cylinder-the reducer component constitutes a cantilever structure and is connected with the main body of the equipment.The installation method of the power part of the existing cantilever structure will cause two problems.On the one hand,the motor on the cantilever structure is inclined to sink and deform under the action of gravity,and the coaxiality of the connection with the reducer cannot be guaranteed.Under the condition of high-speed operation,the input shaft and coupling of the reducer are easily damaged,resulting in frequent failures of the reducer and short life of the coupling.On the other hand,the whole part of the motor-cover cylinderreducer is inclined to sink due to short connection length.To cause main body of the equipment is deformed,and the equipment shaft group connected with the reducer is easily damaged due to short deformation life.A kind of connecting cover cylinder of high stiffness D-type side hanging motor reducer was innovatively developed,which can effectively reduce the failure caused by the deflection deformation of the power part and improve the reliability of the equipment.
