摘　　要：矿用救援提升舱是地面钻孔救援的重要装备之一,提升救援过程中因钻孔偏斜、套管变形、孔壁坍塌、钢丝绳断裂等原因导致提升舱无法继续向上提升,此时人员需从舱内再次进入巷道,等待二次救援。为实现上述功能,在提升舱内设计了二次逃生机构。当发生提升舱被卡等紧急情况时,断绳保护机构将提升舱固定于井筒内,快速脱开机构实现人员舱与下舱段有效脱离,下舱段沿井筒下坠至井底,形成二次逃生通道;被救人员的安全带挂到离合式缓降机挂钩上,以最快1.1 m/s的速度匀速下降,沿着二次逃生通道落回井底,等待二次救援。为验证二次逃生机构的性能和可靠性,进行了救援提升舱的二次逃生试验,快速脱开机构、缓冲机构及离合式缓降机运行可靠,为地面钻孔提升救援提供了安全保障。Mine rescue lifting chamber is one of the important equipment for ground drilling rescue.During the lifting rescue,the lifting chamber cannot continue to be lifted due to drilling deviation,casing deformation,hole wall collapse,rope breakage and other reasons.At this time,personnel need to enter the roadway again from the chamber and wait for the second rescue.In order to realize the above functions,a secondary escape mechanism was designed in the lifting chamber.In the event of emergency such as the life capsule being stuck,the rope breaking protection mechanism is fixing the life capsule in the wellbore.The quick release mechanism can effectively disengage the personnel cabin from the lower cabin section,and the lower cabin section falls to the bottom of the well shaft to form a secondary escape channel.The safety belt of the rescued person will be hung on the hook of the clutch type slow landing machine,and be lowered at the fastest speed of 1.1 m/s through the slow landing machine,and fall back to the bottom of the well along the second escape channel,waiting for the second rescue.In order to verify the performance and reliability of the secondary escape mechanism,the secondary escape test of the rescue lifting module was carried out.The rapid release mechanism,buffer mechanism and clutch type slow landing machine ran reliably,providing safety guarantee for the rescue of the drlling lifting.
