摘 要:为了更加高效地监测煤矿井下工作面地质情况的变化,常用的钻孔物探方式不能完成监测的任务。现有的方式是采用光纤类的无源传感器,将传感器送进孔内,达到在孔内长时间监测的目的;传感器进孔内的方式是传统的推杆推送或钻机推送,存在效率低和工程成本高的缺点,最主要的是传感器会被损坏。针对此问题设计研究了基于爬行器的快速锚定装置,该装置能将传感器线缆推送至孔内指定位置并快速锚定,操作简单、方便灵活、与煤壁的接触度好、可靠性高、方便回收、施工成本低,为孔内物探提供了新的施工模式。In order to more efficiently monitor the change in geological of coal mine underground working face,commonly used drilling and geophysical exploration methods cannot complete the monitoring task.The existing method is to use passive optical fiber sensors to send the sensors into the holes,achieving the goal of long-term monitoring inside the holes.The method of sensor entry into the hole is still traditional push rod push or drilling rig push,which has the disadvant ages of low efficiency and high engineering cost.The main problem is that the sensor will be damaged.To address this issue,a quick anchoring device based on a crawler was designed and studied.This device can push the sensor cable to the designated position in the hole and quickly anchor it.The operation is simple,convenient and flexible,with good contact with the coal wall,high reliability,convenient recycling and low construction cost,which provides a new construction mode for borehole geophysical exploration.
