摘 要:分析了高速齿轮箱箱体关键部位对箱体承载能力与工作稳定性的影响。箱体网格采用结构化六面体网格划分,对箱体承载能力与工作稳定性进行静态分析,确定箱体最大应力与应变位置,同时进行约束模态分析并提取箱体前6阶固有频率。依据分析结果对箱体进行优化,箱体最大应力与最大变形减小了8.6%和9.97%。同时箱体的第1、2阶固有频率分别提高了12.35%和6.16%,箱体总体质量减少了10.96 kg。Analyzed the influence of the key parts of the high speed gear box on the bearing capacity and working stability of the box.The box grid was divided into structured hexahedral grids,and the bearing capacity and working stability of the box were analyzed statically,the maximum stress and strain position of the box was determined,and the first 6 natural frequencies of the box were extracted by constraint mode analysis.According to the analysis results,the box was optimized,and the maximum stress and deformation of the box are reduced by 8.6%and 9.97%.At the same time,the first and second order natural frequencies of the box are increased by 12.35%and 6.16%respectively,and the overall mass of the box is reduced by 10.96 kg.
