摘  要:煤层瓦斯含量测定结果的准确性与所取煤样的质量有直接关系。区域预测所依据的瓦斯含量参数在用直接法测定时应当采用定点取样法。针对该问题,研制了钻孔定点密封取样装置,在陈四楼煤矿开展了现场应用。结果表明:该取样装置结构合理、使用方便,所取煤样质量明显高于孔口接样法,瓦斯含量测试结果较孔口接样法高11.3%~22.3%,更加接近煤层瓦斯含量真实值,为煤矿区域预测煤与瓦斯突出提供了准确的基础数据。The accuracy of coal seam gas content measurement results is directly related to the quality of the coal samples taken.The gas content parameters based on regional prediction should be measured using the fixed point sampling method when using the direct method.In response to this issue,a fixed point sealing sampling device for drlling has been developed and applied on-site in Chensilou coal mine.The results show that the sampling device has a reasonable structure and is convenient to use.The quality of the coal samples taken is significantly higher than that of the orifice sampling method,and the gas content test result is 11.3%-22.3%higher than that of the orifice sampling method,which is closer to the true value of coal seam gas content.It provides accurate basic data for predicting coal and gas outburst in coal mining area.
