摘 要:在铁路无人化装车过程中,配煤和卸煤流程都是依靠智能系统全自动完成。虽然2个生产流程获取车厢信息的方式不同,分别是车辆装车的基本信息与装车时车厢运动的动态信息,但是必须保证数据的完全匹配,才能确保每个装车单元的稳定和安全。针对铁路无人化装车流程中信息匹配的问题,提出了信息的获取流程和统一性策略。工业常态化应用表明,该方法稳定可靠,为铁路无人化装车提供了数据支持。In the process of unmanned railway loading,both coal batching and unloading processes are fully automated through intelligent systems.Although the two production processes obtain carriage information in different ways,namely the basic information of vehicle loading and the dynamic information of carriage movement during loading,it is necessary to ensure a complete match of data to ensure the stability and safety of each loading unit.A process and unified strategy for information acquisition were proposed to address the issue of information matching in the unmanned railway loading process.The industrial normalization application shows that this method is stable and reliable,which provides data support for unmanned railway loading.
