数据库技术在液压支架结构件中的应用

摘　　要：液压支架是煤矿开采中重要的支撑设备,其制造难度大、焊接工艺要求高、结构件复杂。因此,对液压支架来说,提升其焊接质量和保证其焊接变形是关键。利用数据库技术开发了一个液压支架用的焊接工艺数据库,使用者能通过软件查询到支架焊接所需要的材料及工艺参数、焊接设备等,并且能对其中不合理的参数进行增、删、改等操作,为支架的焊接质量提供了保障。Hydraulic supports are important support equipment for coal mining.They are difficult to manufacture,have high require for welding process,and have complex structural parts.Therefore,improving its welding quality and ensuring its welding deformation are the keys to the hydraulic support.Used database technology to develop a welding process database for hydraulic supports.Users can query the materials,process parameters,welding equipment,etc.required for support welding,and can add,delete and modify unreasonable parameters,which provides guarantee for the welding quality of the support.
