摘 要:目的研究百合的化学成分。方法以鲜百合Lilium brownii为对象,采用正相硅胶柱色谱、ODS反相色谱、半制备液相等色谱技术分离纯化其醇提物的乙酸乙酯和正丁醇部位,利用核磁共振波谱法鉴定所得单体化合物的结构。结果从百合中分离得到10个化合物,鉴定为:1,5-dihydro-3-methyl-3H-pyrrol-2-one(Ⅰ)、(R)-4-(2,4-dihydroxy-3,3-dimethyl-butyrylamino)-butyric acid(Ⅱ)、反式肉桂酸(Ⅲ)、丙三醇(Ⅳ)、二甘醇(Ⅴ)、胸苷(Ⅵ)、丁香脂素(Ⅶ)、松脂素(Ⅷ)、表松脂素(Ⅸ)、isonuatigenin(Ⅹ)。结论化合物Ⅳ~Ⅹ为首次从中药百合中分离得到,其中,化合物Ⅶ~Ⅹ为首次从百合属植物中分离得到。OBJECTIVE To investigate the chemical constituents of the bulbs of L.browni.METHODS SFresh L.brownii was used as the subject.Modern chromatographic techniques,including normal-phase silica gel column chromatography,ODS reversed-phase chromatography,and semi-preparative liquid chromatography,were employed to isolate and purify the chemical constituents from the ethyl acetate and n-butanol fractions of the alcohol extract.The structures of the isolated compounds were determined using nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy.RESULTS Ten compounds were isolated from the bulbs of the lilium and identified as 1,5-dihydro-3-methyl-3H-pyrrol-2-one(I),(R)-4-(2,4-dihydroxy-3,3-dimethyl-butyrylamino)-butyric acid(I),trans-cinnamic acid(II),glycerol(IV),diglycerol glycol(V),thymidine(VI),syringaresin-ol(VI),pinoresinol(VII),epipinoresinol(IX)and isonuatigenin(X).CONCLUSION Compounds IV-X are isolated from L.brownii for the first time,while compounds Vl-X are isolated for the first time from the Lilium genus.
