摘　　要：目的采用HPLC测定两面针中药牙膏中毛两面针素的含量。方法采用Zorbax SB-C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为0.1%甲酸-乙腈,流速1.0 mL·min^(-1),柱温35℃,检测波长328 nm,进样量1μL。结果0.5180~8.2880μg·mL^(-1)毛两面针素与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9997),平均回收率为101.04%。结论所用方法分析时间短、精密度高、重复性好,回收率稳定可靠,可用于测定两面针中药牙膏中毛两面针素的含量。OBJECTIVE To detect toddalolactone in Zanthoxylum nitidum Chinese medicinal toothpaste by HPLC.METHODS Zorbax SB-Cis(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)was used for sample analysis.0.1%formic acid aqueous solution-acetonitrile was used as mobile phases for gradient elution,with a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min^(-1).The temperature of the column was 35℃C and the wavelength was 328 nm.RESULTS The standard working curve of toddalolactone had good linear relationship in concentration of 0.5180-8.2880μg·mL^(-1),and the correlation coefficient was 0.9997.The average recovery rate was 101.04%.CONCLUSION The method has the advantages of short analytical time,high precision and good repeatability,which can be used to determine the content of nitidine in Zanthoxylum nitidum Chinese medicinal toothpaste.
