摘　　要：榜那为藏医常用药材,主要成分生物碱具有抗炎、镇痛、抗肿瘤、抗菌等药理作用。现在总结榜那化学成分和药理作用的基础上,结合其质量控制研究进展,以质量标志物(Q-Marker)的理论为指导,从亲缘关系、传统药性、药效、炮制、成分方面对Q-Marker进行预测,分析发现伏毛铁棒锤Aconitum flavum Hand.-Mazz.和铁棒锤A.pendulum Busch.比较接近,而与工布乌头A.kongboense Lauener.有较大差异,提示乌头碱可作为伏毛铁棒锤或铁棒锤的Q-Marker,塔拉萨敏可作工布乌头的Q-Marker,为榜那质量评价体系的建立及开发利用提供了参考。Bangna is a Tibetan conventional herbs.Its main composition are alkaloids with various function including anti-inflammatory,analgesic,anti-tumor,antibacterial and other pharmacological effects.We summarized the chemical components and pharmacological effects of bangna by using the quality marker(Q-Marker)as the prediction standard from genetic relationship,traditional medicinal properties,efficacy,processing,and components on the basis.Based on that,we found Aconitum flavum Hand.-Mazz.,A.pendulum Busch were close to each other,but different from A.kongboense Lauener.According to the findings,aconitine can be utilized as quality marker of A.flavum.and A.pendulum,talasamine can be utilized as quality marker of A.kongboenseLauener.It serves as a roadmap for the creation and further advancement of a more rational and scientific quality evaluation system for Bangna and directs clinical application.
