摘  要:以某工业厂房井字梁楼盖在大型动力设备运行时存在的异常振动问题为例,提出了增加井字梁高度、增大楼板厚度2种减振加固方案,通过缩尺模型试验研究了简谐荷载作用下不同加固方案对井字梁楼盖结构的减振效果,并通过有限元分析软件ABAQUS的数值模拟对缩尺模型试验结果进行了验证。结果表明,2种加固方案均能降低楼盖结构的竖向振动,其中增加井字梁高度比增大楼板厚度的减振效果更加显著。Taking the abnormal vibration problem of the grillage beam floor of a certain industrial workshop in the operation of large power equipment as an example,two kinds of vibration reduction and reinforcement schemes of increasing the height of the grillage beam and increasing the thickness of the floor were proposed.Through the scale model test,the vibration reduction effects of different reinforcement schemes of the grillage beam floor structure under the action of harmonic load were studied.The results of scale model test were verified by numerical simulation of finite element software ABAQUS.The results show that both reinforcement schemes can reduce the vertical vibration of the floor structure,and the effect of increasing the height of the grillage beam is more significant than that of increasing the thickness of the floor.
