摘　　要：目的 研究采用Masquelet技术治疗中足开放感染性骨软组织缺损的临床效果。方法 回顾性分析2016年l月至2021年12月16例中足开放感染性骨软组织缺损病例资料,男11例,女5例;平均年龄36.3岁。14例为交通机械开放性损伤,1例为爆炸伤,1例为枪弹伤。楔骨缺损13例,骰骨缺损3例。按照Masquelet技术三阶段处理方案:第一步为彻底清创;第二步行带抗生素骨水泥填补骨缺损,局部转位皮瓣修补;第三步取出骨水泥填塞物,植骨行骨缺损修补,看创面的愈合状况。结果 16例患者术后平均随访18.2个月,中足的创面及骨缺损均愈合,随访期间无感染复发。结论 用Masquelet技术治疗中足开放部感染性骨软组织缺损,可使感染得到有效控制,利于创面愈合,保进骨质缺损愈合,并提高足踝部功能。Objective To explore the clinical effect of the treatment for open infected bone and soft tissue defect of midfoot with Masquelet technique.Methods Between January 2016 and Decem-ber 2021,including 11 males and 5 females.average age is 36.3 years.14 cases were open injuries of traffic machinery,1 case was explosion injury and 1 case was gunshot injury.Wedge defect was found in 13 cases and cuboid defect in 3 cases.The patients were treated according to the Masquelet technique in three stages;The first stage is complete debridement;In the second stage,the bone defect was filled with antibiotic bone cement and the local transposition skin flap was repaired.In the third stage,bone cement was taken out,and then bone graft was for bone defect repair.Observe the wound and bone healing.Results 16 patients were followed up for an average of 18.2 months,The foot wounds were all healed during the operation,and no infection recurred during the follow-up period.Con-clusions Masquelet technique can effectively control the infection in the treatment of the open infected bone and soft tissue defect of the foot,which is beneficial to the wound healing,the healing of the bone defect and the improvement of the function of the foot and ankle.
