摘　　要：目的 探讨克林霉素磷酸酯阴道凝胶联合甲硝唑在细菌性阴道病治疗中的临床疗效、复发率及安全性,为患者和医生的临床选择提供依据。方法 选取潍坊医学院附属医院妇科门诊及宫颈病变中心门诊于2021年10月至2022年05月期间就诊的细菌性阴道病患者为研究对象,采用随机分配的方式将患者分为研究组与对照组。研究组给予口服甲硝唑+克林霉素磷酸酯阴道凝胶治疗,对照组1.2.3分别给予口服甲硝唑+甲硝唑阴道凝胶、单用克林霉素磷酸酯阴道凝胶、单用甲硝唑阴道凝胶治疗。临床观察对比四组患者的临床疗效、3个月复发率以及不良反应发生率。结果 (1)研究组有效率明显高于对照组1、对照组2和对照组3,差异有统计学意义;其余各组间有效率比较差异均无统计学意义。(2)研究组复发率明显低于对照组2和对照组3,具有统计学意义;研究组复发率低于对照组1,但差异无统计学意义,其余组间比较差异均无统计学意义。(3)联合用药未增加药物不良反应的发生。结论 克林霉素磷酸酯阴道凝胶联合甲硝唑治疗细菌性阴道病患者可以提高临床疗效、降低复发率,且安全性较高。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and the recurrence rate and the security of clindamycin phosphate vaginal gel combined with metronidazole in the clinical treatment of bacterial vaginosis,aiming to provide evidence-based guidance for patients and clinicians.Methods Patients were chosen in this research who visited the cynaecological clinic and cervical disease center of the affiliated hospital of Weifang Medical University from October 2021 to May 2022,which were randomly allocated to 2 groups named research group and control group respectively.The research group were treated with oral metronidazole and clindamycin phosphate vaginal gel,control group 1 were treated with oral metronidazole and metronidazole vaginal gel for the vagina,control group 2 were treated with clindamycin phosphate vaginal gel and control group 3 were treated with metronidazole vaginal gel.Observe the clinical effect、the recurrence rate of 3 months and the occurrence rate of adverse reaction in 4 groups.Results(1)The effective rate of research group was obviously higher than control group 1 and control group 2 and control group 3,and there were significant differences between groups,but there were no significant differences between other groups.(2)The recurrence rate of research group was obviously lower than control group 2 and control group 3, and there were significant differences.In the meantime,the recur-rence rate of research group was lower than control group 1, but there were no significant differ-ences. There were no significant differences between other groups.(3)Combination therapy did not increase the incidence of adverse drug reactions. Conclusions Therapy to BV patients with Clindamycin phosphate vaginal gel combined with metronidazole can increase the clinical effect, decrease the recurrence rate,which has high security.
