摘　　要：通过比较桥梁钢箱梁养护施工作业中的三种除锈工艺,从工作效率、成果质量、施工安全、环境保护以及经济效益等方面进行对比分析,分别阐述使用机械除锈、手工除锈、锈转铁转换剂除锈三种方法的优缺点,对除锈的标准要求和防腐处理进行详细介绍,并针对局部防腐涂装给出了涂装配套体系及标准要求。Some aspects like work efficiency,product quality,construction safety,environmental protection and economic benefits and so on are compared and analyzed by comparing three kinds of rust removal technologies in the maintenance and construction of steel box girders of bridges.Three kinds of methods of using mechanical rust removal,manual rust removal,and rust removal with rust-to-iron conversion agent are respectively elaborated,and the advantages and disadvantages of the three methods are analyzed.The standard requirements for rust removal and anti-corrosion treatment are introduced in detail,and the coating supporting system and standard requirements are given according to the local anti-corrosion coating.
