事故防控下煤炭港口安全质量标准化体系研究

摘　　要：现代社会经济不断发展,世界经济变革、产业重组,对各个行业都产生了巨大影响,生产经营以及资源分配逐渐成为全球性事件。在这一背景下,港口煤炭产业迅速发展起来,作为重要的能源,煤炭港口经贸行为关系到人们生活生产的方方面面。文章从事故预防与控制理论的角度入手,阐述煤炭港口安全管理工作对整个行业发展的重要性,论述在这一背景下,如何建立起更高级别的管理体系,系统优化煤炭港口的管理。The modern social economy continues to develop,the world economic change and industrial restructuring have a huge impact on various industries,the production and operation and resource allocation have gradually become global events.In this context,the port coal industry has developed rapidly.As an important energy source,the coal port economic and trade behavior is related to all aspects of people's life and production.From the perspective of accident prevention and control theory,this paper expounds the importance of coal port safety management to the development of the whole industry,and discusses how to establish a higher level of management system and systematically optimize the management of coal port under this background.
