摘　　要：近年来,随着农村经济的发展和城市化进程的加速,农村土地经营权流转现象日益普遍。农民通过土地流转,可以将自家的土地使用权转让给其他农户或农业企业,实现土地资源的优化配置,提高农业生产效率。随着信息化时代的到来,农村土地经营权流转管理也面临着新的挑战和机遇。本文旨在探讨信息化背景下农村土地经营权流转管理的现状、问题及发展趋势,以期为相关政策制定和实施提供参考。In recent years,with the development of rural economy and the acceleration of urbanization process,the transfer of rural land management right has become increasingly common.Through land transfer,farmers can transfer their own land use rights to other farmers or agricultural enterprises,so as to realize the optimal allocation of land resources and improve agricultural production efficiency.With the advent of the informatization age,the transfer management of rural land management right also faces new challenges and opportunities.The purpose of this paper is to discuss the current situation,problems and development trends of the transfer management of rural land management right under the background of informatization,so as to provide reference for the formulation and implementation of relevant policies.
