摘 要:通过实地调研,利用问卷调查的方式,总结西南地区返乡农民工创业的特点,并测算西南地区返乡农民工创业与MOS模型的关联度,对模型中6个维度中的各级指标进行信度检验。以此为研究基础,对模型结果进行分析,发现西南地区返乡农民工创业环境中存在着缺乏创业激励机制、创业教育资源匮乏、融资渠道单一、创业者风险弱化政策待完善等问题。据此,提出优化西南地区返乡农民工创业的对策建议,为降低该地区返乡农民工创业失败率提供参考。This article summarizes the characteristics of entrepreneurship among returning migrant workers in Southwest China through field research and questionnaire surveys,and calculates the correlation between entrepreneurship among returning migrant workers in Southwest China and the MOS model.The reliability of various indicators in the six dimensions of the model is tested.Based on this research,the model results were analyzed and it was found that there are problems in the entrepreneurial environment of migrant workers returning to their hometowns in the southwest region,such as a lack of entrepreneurial incentive mechanisms,a lack of entrepreneurial education resources,a single financing channel,and policies to weaken the risks of entrepreneurs that need to be improved.Based on this,propose countermeasures and suggestions to optimize the entrepreneurship of migrant workers returning to their hometowns in the Southwest region,providing reference for reducing the failure rate of entrepreneurship among migrant workers returning to their hometowns in the region.
