摘　　要：数字经济时代,我国对公共图书馆建设作了重要的政策与法律部署。将数字经济与公共图书馆法治研究相结合,体现了数字经济时代公共图书馆法治的新变化与新调整。相较于传统法治,数字经济时代的公共图书馆法治发生重大变革,包括:数字经济对公共图书馆法律体系的影响;数字经济时代公共图书馆行政管理的变革;数字经济时代推动读者、馆员等主体成为积极的守法者。数字经济时代公共图书馆法治面临一系列挑战,具体包括:公共图书馆数据信息安全受到威胁;低质量的数据信息容易导致公共图书馆行政管理决策的失误;读者、馆员等主体的个人隐私容易受到侵犯。为了应对数字经济时代所带来的挑战,我国应当加强公共图书馆法治建设,具体包括:加强公共图书馆数据信息保障制度建设;提高公共图书馆行政管理相关数据信息的质量;加强读者、馆员等主体个人隐私信息的法律保护。In the era of digital economy,China has made an important policy and legal deployment for the construction of public libraries.The combination of digital economy and public library rule of law reflects the new changes and adjustments of public library rule of law in the era of digital economy.Compared with the traditional rule of law,the rule of law of public library in the era of digital economy has undergone great changes.Related changes include:the impact of digital economy on the legal system of public libraries;the reform of public library administration in digital economy era;digital economy era promotes readers,librarians and other subjects to become active lawkeepers.In the era of digital economy,the rule of law of public libraries faces a series of challenges,including:the security of public library data information is threatened;low quality data information is easy to lead to mistakes in public library administrative decision-making;the privacy of readers,librarians and other subjects is vulnerable to infringement.In order to cope with the challenges brought by the age of digital economy,China should strengthen the construction of the rule of law of public libraries,including:strengthening the construction of the data information guarantee system of public libraries;improve the quality of data information related to public library administration;strengthen the legal protection of personal privacy information of readers,librarians and other subjects.
