摘　　要：近年来,房建工程施工中扣件式脚手架的使用较为频繁,作为重要施工设施,对脚手架施工的安全要求不断提高,本文从扣件式脚手架施工的具体情况出发,对扣件式脚手架使用存在的各方面问题进行了研究,主要集中在五个方面,需要从安全技术层面进行优化,开展脚手架施工现场的安全巡查,完成施工过程的监管,规范脚手架安装使用流程,优化具体的搭建技术,以达到房建工程扣件式脚手架安全使用要求,确保房建工程的施工质量。In recent years,the scaffold with couplers is frequently applied in the housing construction projects,as an important construction facility,the safety requirements for scaffold construction is continuously improving.This paper overviews the specific situation of scaffold with couplers construction,and studies the problems in the use of scaffold with couplers,mainly on five aspects.It is necessary to optimize from the safety technology level,carry out safety inspections on the scaffold construction site,complete the supervision of the construction process,standardize the installation and use process of scaffold,and optimize the specific construction technology to meet the requirements for the safe use of scaffold with couplers in housing construction projects and ensure the construction quality of housing construction projects.
