摘 要:适航制造符合性检查工序推荐过程中会生成有效的制造符合性检查项目清单,而在制造符合性检查工作过程中,工序推荐工作均采用线下填表、邮件沟通的形式,效率低下且存在人为疏忽导致的制造符合性检查项目漏推荐的问题。因此,研究采用信息化的手段,让数据交互,实现对制造符合性检查项目和工序的跟踪、管理,以提高工作效率,节约人力成本,并通过数据进行结构化能有效保证数据的实时性和准确性。In the process of airworthiness manufacturing conformity inspection process recommendation,an effective list of manufacturing conformity inspection test items will be generated.In the process of manufacturing conformity inspection,the process recommendation work adopts the patterns of offline form filling and email communication,which is inefficient and has the problem of missing recommendation of manufacturing conformity inspection items caused by human negligence.Therefore,the means of informatization is used to allow data interaction and realize the tracking and management of manufacturing conformity inspection items and processes,so as to improve work efficiency,save labor costs,and effectively ensure the real-time and accuracy of data through data structuring.
