摘　　要：中国城镇人口的持续增加,高层住宅建设已是国家房地产发展的重要内容,其成本的高低将影响到现实的经济发展,对其进行系统性的研究越来越多,因此,把工程成本控制在在核准的成本范围之内就显得尤为重要。项目针对高层住宅项目成本问题,以某地区5个代表性住宅项目为案例,采用广联达成本管理系统,对建设项目成本的影响因子进行研究。With the continuous increase of China’s urban population,the construction of high-rise residential buildings has become an important part of the national real estate development,and its cost will affect the actual economic development,and the related systematic studies are increasing.Therefore,it is particularly important to control the project cost within the approved cost range.Aiming at the cost problem of high-rise residential building projects,taking five representative residential building projects in a certain region as a case,Glodon cost management system is used to investigate the influencing factors of construction project costs.
