摘  要:随着我国经济的快速发展,城镇道路与公路通车里程逐年增加,水稳基层应用越来越多。水泥稳定碎石基层因受到施工工艺和环境等多种因素的影响,在水稳基层施工过程中易出现平整度差、表面松散、裂缝、离析、强度不能满足质量要求等缺陷,进而影响这个路面工程的质量,造成严重的后果。本文主要通过对病害产生原因进行分析,提出预防措施。在施工前、施工中控制,避免质量缺陷的形成,保证水稳施工质量。With the rapid development of China’s economy,the mileage of urban roads and highways is increasing year by year,and the application of water stabilized base is also increasing.The cement stabilized macadam base is affected by various factors such as construction technology and environment.In the construction process of water stabilized base,it is prone to appear defects such as poor flatness,loose surface,crack,segregation and unqualified strength,which accordingly affect the quality of the pavement engineering and cause serious consequences.This paper mainly analyzes the causes of disease,propose prevention measures,perform the control before and during construction to avoid the formation of quality defects and ensure water stabilized construction quality.
