摘 要:本研究旨在探讨肉类食品加工工业建筑热环境改善与节能优化策略。分析了肉类食品加工工业建筑热环境的影响因素。然后,提出了改善建筑围护结构的热工性能、优化建筑内部气流组织和提高建筑设备节能性能的策略。同时,探讨了采用节能型生产工艺和设备、优化能源管理与控制系统,以及利用可再生能源和余热回收技术的节能优化策略。最后,通过实例分析,验证了这些策略的实施效果。This study is aimed to explore the thermal environment improvement and energy-saving optimization strategy in the meat food processing industry building.The influencing factors of the thermal environment in the meat food processing industry building are analyzed.Then,strategies to improve the thermal performance of the building envelope,optimize the internal airflow organization of the building and improve the energy-saving performance of the building equipment are proposed.At the same time,the energy-saving optimization strategies of adopting energy-saving production processes and equipment,optimizing energy management and control systems,and using renewable energy and waste heat recovery technologies are discussed.Finally,the implementation effect of these strategies is verified by case analysis.
