长者食堂建筑空间适老性研究与应对策略——以福州市为例

摘　　要：长者食堂是助餐服务的载体,也是福州市构建幸福养老服务体系的基本配置,长者食堂的适老性研究对提升老年人幸福感有着重要意义。文章以对福州市长者食堂的空间类型调研为基础,从老年人的角度出发,对福州市范围内的长者食堂展开调查,并基于对长者食堂的使用者进行的访谈,从外部空间到内部空间分析当前长者食堂的适老性问题,对长者食堂空间适老性研究提供精细化改进视角,为长者食堂改进方向与未来发展提供建议。The canteen for the elderly is the carrier of auxiliary meal service and also the basic configuration of constructing a happy pension service system in Fuzhou.The research on the senility of the canteen for the elderly is of great significance to improve the happiness of the elderly.Based on the research on the spatial types of canteen for the elderly in Fuzhou,this paper conducted a survey on canteen for the elderly in Fuzhou from the perspective of the elderly.Based on the interviews with the users of canteen for the elderly,this paper analyzed the current senility of canteen for the elderly from the external space to the internal space,and provided a refined and improved perspective for the research on the spatial senility of canteen for the elderly.Some suggestions are provided for the improvement direction and future development of the canteen for the elderly.
